What is microsano?

I have no idea, anybody has no idea what is microsano. It is only a word that any meaning has. It deal with a competition in the Internet for reaching the first place in Google. Dirson and Alienzo are the liable for this competition.

At friday 13th January Google do not give any result when the word microsano was searched. Now it give around 464.000 results. Why? Who at friday 13th March in the first position is, win he the competition.

There are a great number of meaning about the word, but any is right or wrong that the other.
